Rebecca Quella

Rebecca is the owner and lead therapist at EMBER. She has been a practicing social worker and therapist since beginning her career in 2007. When asked about why she chose to do this work, Rebecca will tell you of her desire to see people be well - even when there has been incredible loss, pain, trauma, abuse, etc. Rebecca is passionate about meeting you right where you are, will hold space with and for you, and works to help move each individual client onto a path of hope and healing.

Rebecca has extensive experience working with individuals coping with post traumatic stress, complex trauma, secondary trauma and compassion fatigue, anxiety, depression, grief and loss.

She began her social work journey at Cleveland State University where she earned a bachelors in social work, and went on to Loyola University Chicago for her masters in social work. She holds certification as a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Supervisory designation.

Curtis is a passionate therapist, holding eclectic experiences supporting others from all walks of life. His professional experiences range from special education, athletic coaching, non-profit administration, sales, human resources, entrepreneurship, case management, and therapy. He has a heart to meet people where they are and understands that trauma, disappointment, and daily challenges can make it difficult to have hope for the present and the future. Curtis takes a holistic, person-centered, strengths-based approach to support each client becoming healthy, whole, and more into the person they were meant to be.

Curtis has an undergraduate degree in Adolescent Social Studies Education from Miami University, a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University, and a Master of Social Work from Liberty University. He holds certifications as a Licensed Social Worker and a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional.
